Nice products, a bit pricey

I bought the Oatmeal Honey Soap and a Lip Balm. The soap is fantastic, very gentle on my sensitive skin and has a subtle, pleasant scent. The lip balm is also really moisturizing, much better than some store brands I've tried. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in California, which is decent. My only minor complaint is that the prices can add up quickly, especially if you're buying a few items. I wish there were more options for bundling products at a slightly lower price point, but overall, happy with the purchase.

Good soap, quick delivery

I picked up some Lavender Soap and a wooden soap saver. It shipped pretty fast, got here in about 4 days. The soap smells nice and the saver helps it dry out between uses. Everything was fine, no issues really. It was a good experience.

Loved my new body butter!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Whipped Body Butter and it's amazing! It smells so good and feels super luxurious on my skin. The shipping was fast too, only took like 3 days to get here. I will definitely be shopping here again, maybe for some bath bombs next time!

Consistently good quality soaps

I've ordered from Soapdysh maybe four or five times now. This last order, I got the Eucalyptus Soap and a Salt Scrub. Just like always, the products arrived well-packaged and the quality was exactly what I expected. The soap lathered up great and the scrub left my skin feeling really smooth. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back for more.

Is Soapdysh legit? Saw some cool looking soaps but never heard of them before.

C Carly 1 month ago
Super legit! Been ordering from them for about a year now. Products are awesome and customer service is solid if you ever need them.

They're totally real, small business vibe. All their stuff is handmade, it's good quality. Not some weird drop-shipper or anything.

Thinking of sending a gift set to my sister in NYC. How long does shipping usually take to get to New York?

S Steve Walsh 1 month ago
For me, to the East Coast it's usually about 5-7 business days. Sometimes quicker if I order early in the week.

I'm in Brooklyn and it generally takes about a week. You might want to factor in an extra day or two just in case, especially around holidays.

how does Soapdysh compare to Native or Dr. Squatch? I use those but always looking for something better for my skin.

C Colin L. 1 month ago
Oh, way better than Native for sure. Native dries my skin out, but Soapdysh leaves me feeling moisturized. It's more similar to Buff City Soap in terms of quality, but I like Soapdysh's scents more.

Dr. Squatch is cool but the scents can be kinda overpowering sometimes. Soapdysh feels more natural and less perfumey, if that makes sense. And my skin feels way softer after using Soapdysh bars.

Does anyone know if Soapdysh offers a first time discount? Planning a bigger order and trying to save some bucks.

B Brett A. 1 month ago
Yup! If you sign up for their newsletter, they usually send you a code for 10-15% off your first purchase. Worth it!

They do! Check their website footer or a pop-up. Usually a sign-up bonus, but remember you can't stack it with other automatic deals if you're getting a bundle or something.

My skin is super sensitive, like everything makes me break out. Are Soapdysh soaps okay for really sensitive skin or should I just stick to my plain stuff?

S Sam Whitfield 4 weeks ago
They have unscented options that are great for sensitive skin! I'd start there. My kid has eczema and can use their oatmeal honey bar without any issues.

I'm usually super reactive to soaps but the ingredients in Soapdysh are pretty clean. Look for the essential oil ones or the fragrance-free ones, I haven't had any problems with those.

hey, was thinking of trying some of the Soapdysh soaps. do they actually last a while or do they melt super fast like some other handmade stuff?

R Raj 1 month ago
Yeah, they last pretty well! I've found if you keep them on a good soap dish that drains, they hold up for ages. Much better than the Pacha ones I tried before.

Totally agree. The trick is letting them dry out between uses. I use one of their wooden soap savers and it makes a huge difference. I get like 3-4 weeks out of a bar, sometimes more.
